Church Outreach – Are You Ready?

February 5, 2008 · 5 Comments

PSBC Family,

Recently we’ve told you about our new plan to reach out to our community, sharing the gospel of Jesus. Pastor Steven and I were trying to think about the best way to get everyone involved with outreach, so we’ve considered hiring a third party church consultant to help motivate all of us to share our faith. Here’s a video that tells more about one of the options we’re considering

 What do you think? :-)

MAY BE COMING ON A LITTLE STRONG. I DON’T THINK I CAN MOVE FAST ENOUGH. I’M SURE THAT WE HAVE SOMETHING IN MIND A BIT CALMER.

I was kinda thinking about an easier delivery system…..like developing a “DESIRE TO WITNESS SYRUM” and ad..”MINISTERING ” it via something like a tranquilizer dart from a sniper rifle!! Of course thats just the hunter instinct in me.
Love in Christ, Grayson…..aka “Poppa G”

A bit strong for us girls – but we can look at
this in a way we can relate. If a cake stays in the oven too long, it will burn. In other words we need to be willing to take the gospel into a world that is sitting in danger of burning in hell’s oven.
Present to them the message of the Love of God and put them on the cooling rack until salvation fill their soul. The filling of the blood of Jesus as they get covered with the Frosting of Salvation.
Now ladies, I challenge us all to get on our cooking hat and get ready.

Monday is fine with me, thought that we were a little late starting out. Dallas and I visited Mrs. Murphy, I don’t think another member in our church appreciates a visit more. Our other member was not at home. I felt good about our meeting and always thank God for ever faithful members.
