Today is Good Friday. Although we should focus on the work of Christ on our behalf every day, on this day in particular Christians think about the glorious truth that Jesus Christ gave his life in our place, so that we might be set right with God.

We should read this more than just at Easter. The doctrine of the atonement is so clear, how can one turn a deaf ear and pretend not to understand?
